Mels Photography Policy

- Please book sessions 2 weeks in advance to avoid disappointment.

- Once a portrait session has been performed, your session fee is non-refundable. This covers the time and skills invested by Mels Photography up to and through that point.

- With reasonable notification timeframe (48 hours) you can reschedule your session to a better suited date, pending availability. Please contact us to request a change.

- A deposit of 50% of your quoted coverage fee is due upon booking to reserve your event date.

- Initial investment covers photographer's time and talent, design consultation, portrait session to capture the images, post editing, selection session, order fulfillment.

- All orders will be processed upon receipt of payment in full.

- Please plan enough time to get to your session. If you have a 60 minute session scheduled and you are 20 minutes late, you will then have a 40 minute session. If you are more than 30 minutes late without notice, you will forfeit your booking fee and your session may be cancelled.

Privacy + Copyright

At Mels Photography we will always respect your privacy. Even though the copyright and ownership of images belong to the photographer taking them, should you not wish for your images to appear online (via website gallery, blog post or social media shares) simply let us know. We will do our very best to ensure your experience is as incredible as possible.
